HELLO EVERYONE,
I JUST WANT TO GIVE THANKS TO GOD FOR ALL THAT HE HAS DONE IN MY LIFE AND MY FAMILY'S LIFE. JUST RECENTLY MY STEP FATHER RONNIE SILVERS HAS DEDICATED HIS LIFE FOR GOD, AND ALTHOUGH HE'S STRUGGLING SOME TIMES HE'S STILL HANGING ON AND WISHES EVERYONES PRAYERS FOR HIMSELF.
HE HAD BEEN BATTLING WITH SOMETHING FOR A FEW YEARS AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO COPE WITH IT ALL AND UNDERSTAND IT, HE VISITED MY MAMAW'S CHURCH IN THE FIRST PART OF SEPTEMBER, AND ON 9-14-03 HE CAME TO THE DALTON HOMECOMING. HE TOLD MY MOM THAT HE REALLY ENJOYED HIMESELF.
SINCE THEN HE AS BEEN BACK TO DALTON ABOUT 5 TIMES NOW, AND EVERYTIME HE COMES HE TELLS ME AND CLAYTON HOW MUCH HE ENJOYED HIMSELF. WELL THIS PAST WEEK END HE CAME AND HE SPOKE WITH BROTHER MIKE KELLEY ABOUT THE SERVICE AND TOLD HIM WHAT WE HAD BEEN HEARING SEVERAL WEEKS, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU HOW HE FEELS.
HE TOLD US THAT EVERY TIME HE COMES TO THAT CHURCH HE GETS JUST EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDS, AND THAT NOW HE IS GETTING HUNGRY FOR IT EVERY WEEKEND, I AM SO THANKFUL THAT WE GOT HIM TO COME AND VISIT US AND WE MIGHT JUST HAVE HIM AS A REGULAR MEMBER IF WE ALL PRAY REALLY HARD.
I JUST FELT LIKE THIS WOULD BE A GOOD WAY TO SIGN THE GUEST BOOK, TO TELL ABOUT MY STEP DAD. I LOVE HIM AND MY MOTHER VERY MUCH BUT MOST OF ALL I AM SO VERY THANKFUL TO GOD FOR HAVING THIS CHURCH JUST WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE AND AT THE RIGHT TIME. THANK YOU LORD FOR ALL YOU DO FOR EVERYONE. MAY GOD BLESS AND WE LOVE YOU ALL. PLEASE REMEMBER RONNIE AND MOMMA IN YOUR PRAYERS.

I checked out the church's web site this morning, as usual, and found that there had been some changes made. It's really wonderful! I'm so thankful for the internet radio broadcast that we will now be able to enjoy on Sunday mornings. I know it will bless many hearts.
I also want to thank God for touching me. Since Sunday afternoon, I have felt strength and I don't want to hesitate to give God all the praise, for I realize that in Him is where I get my strength both naturally and spiritually. I thank him for his Word that I am trying daily to live by. There's an old song that I remember from a child that goes, "I want to be more, more like Jesus everyday." That is truly my heart's desire. No one knows how much time they have in this life; I just want to be ready--always.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Ministers Meeting next week. Love you all--Wilene

I want you to know how much I enjoy this web page for our church. I have a yearning in my heart to be in church everyday and hear the word of God taught, it is such a privilege to know we can go and hear the truth . At the last services I've been to, I've been taught how to serve God and be a doer and not just a hearer , and know how to do the works of God . We know that our weapon is Jesus and in God we breathe , move , think and without him we could do nothing, God's promise will keep us , which is his Word, that is what I want in my heart to stay . I praise God for our pastors and preachers that teach us the truth , and to know there is a place to worship to hear the truth.The beautiful singing is some of the finest on earth. May God Bless each of you .

Hello everyone, just wanted to let you guys know how much I enjoy this site. I particularly love the “Doctrine” link. At this point in my life, I have a deep thirst for knowledge for some reason. I would like very much for you guys to keep me in your prayers often. In time past I have tried many a time to stay on this road, but often was I knocked off course. Anything would sidetrack me, and I would drift. I have recently come to realize that the worst thing, is to know you are truly lost without Christ dwelling within, but also that the very best thing is to know you are truly lost without Christ dwelling within. Now I understand that, this knowledge gives me the drive( WITH GOD’S AWSOME DRAWING) to actually live a Godly life. Having said all that, it is this same reason that I need so much prayer. Prayer to keep me strong in the Lord, to keep me craving his truth, but most importantly, to give me the strength to get up and keep going when I stumble and fall, which happens more often than not, and I say this not having anything to hide because He knows everything about me (including my heart). I strive to grow in love and compassion, strength, knowledge, and for the Lord to bless me with more patience (I need patience NOW O Lord!!! LOL).

I heard the radio broadcast on the internet for the first time this morning and it was wonderful! Brother Ron Oliver taught about being born again so clearly that a child could understand. I am so thankful for blessing us with this method to reach people with the truth. It would be wonderful to be able to hear this everyday. Count on me to help keep this going.
